Job Description
|
Must Need:
● Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative required – 1 to 3 years ● Pharma/ Healthcare company experience background. ● Hands-on experience with advanced planning systems software (like; SAP/APO/NetSuite or Oracle or i2 or Manugistics or Demand Solutions or any JD Edwards or Salesforce or ALCAMIS or Qumas or any other software). Job work here: ● Taking and tracking orders for Rx / OTC products from retail customers wholesalers & hospitals, etc. ● Support field representatives and sales objectives by ensuring products supply for territory and provide relevant reports, order statuses and key product information. ● Co-coordinating hospital contracts and wholesaler order activities where needed. ● 2 months. Hybrid – 3 days on site and 2 days remote. |
